“Seafood Expo North America 2024” was held at the “Boston Convention & Exihibion Center” in Boston from March 10th to March 12th, 2024.

“Seafood Expo North America 2024” is North America’s largest trade fair specializing in seafood. 

We conducted cooking demonstrations and taste testings for food-related businesses to highlight the appeal of Japanese seafood, including yellowtail and sea bream.
