Sesame-flavored Buri Sashimi Bowl

Don’t forget that sashimi goes very well with sesame!

Ingredients

Serves 1
  • 80g sashimi-grade yellowtail fillet, cut into cubes
  • 180g cooked short grain rice
  • Toasted seaweed (nori), tore into small pieces as needed
  • Toasted sesame seed as needed
sesame sauce
  • 5g sesame paste
  • 3g ground sesame seed
  • 8g soy sauce
  • 1g sugar
  • 1g grated wasabi

Way of making

  1. step1.

    Mix the ingredients of the sesame sauce well. Marinate the yellowtail in it.

  2. step2.

    Scoop the freshly cooked rice in a serving bowl, sprinkle the seaweed and sesame seed, and top with the yellowtail.
