White Wine-Steamed Sea Bream Collar

Don’t waste the best part of sea bream!

Ingredients

Serves 2
  • 2 sea bream collars
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 250ml white wine
  • 1/2 lemon, sliced
  • 8sprigs thyme

Way of making

  1. step1.
    1. Sprinkle the sea bream collars with the salt and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. step2.
    1. Put the sea bream collars, lemon slices, and thyme in a pot, cover with a lid, and cook it over medium heat for 10 minutes.
