Beer Batter Sea Bream and Seaweed Fritto

Ingredients

Serves 2
  • 100g sea bream fillet, sliced
Batter
  • 30g flour
  • 1g baking powder
  • 60g beer
  • Salt, pepper, dried seaweed (ao-nori), frying oil

Way of making

  1. step1.

    Mix the batter ingredients and a pinch of salt well.

  2. step2.

    Sprinkle the sea bream with salt and pepper.

  3. step3.

    Heat the frying oil to 170℃, dip the sea bream in the batter and deep-fry.
