Pan-fried
Yellowtail Pepper Steak
Thick, juicy like steak, but healthier

◇ Ingredients ◇
Serves 2
- 200g yellowtail fillets, cut into 2 equal pieces
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbs coarse black pepper
- 1/2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 15g butter
- 10 cherry tomatoes
◇ Way of making ◇
- step1.
Coat the fillets with salt and black pepper.
- step2.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the vegetable oil. Add the fillets and cook thoroughly on both sides. Add the tomatoes along the way.
- step3.
Pour the soy sauce on the side of the pan and toss the pan to coat the fillets with the soy sauce. Top the fillets with the butter and remove from the heat.
