Sweet Spicy Fried Sea Bream

Korean-style Yangnyeom Fried Sea Bream

Ingredients

Serves 2
  • 100g sea bream fillet, cut into bite-size
  • Cornstarch, frying oil
sauce
  • 10g gochujang
  • 10g ketchup
  • 2g toasted sesame oil
  • 1g soy sauce
  • 2g sugar

Way of making

  1. step1.

    Mix the sauce ingredients well.

  2. step2.

    Dust the sea bream with cornstarch and deep-fried until golden brown. Coat them with the sauce, previously mixed.
