Sea Bream and Basil Carpaccio

Sashimi in the Italian way

Ingredients

  • 50g sashimi-grade sea bream, thinly sliced
  • A pinch of coarse salt
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, cut into small pieces
  • 5g basil, finely chopped
  • 5g lime flesh, finely chopped
  • olive oil as needed

Way of making

    Arrange the sea bream on a plate and sprinkle each slice with a bit of lime flesh and salt, tomatoes, and basil. Drizzle olive oil to serve.
