Sea Bream Salad with Anchovy Cream Dressing

Ingredients

Serves 2-3
  • 150g sashimi grade red sea bream, skin off, thinly sliced
  • 3 anchovy fillets
  • 50g fresh cream
  • 1/2 tbs olive oil
  • 60g mixed green
  • lime juice, white pepper, pink peppercorn,

Way of making

  1. step1.

    Combine the anchovy, fresh cream, olive oil, white pepper, and some lime juice to make the sauce.

  2. step2.

    Arrange the mixed green and red sea bream, drizzle with the sauce and sprinkle with the pink peppercorns.
