Yellowtail and Eggplant Stir-fry with Oyster Sauce

Yellowtail with an ethnic touch

Ingredients

  • 100g yellowtail fillet, cut into 2cm cubes
  • 50g eggplant, cut into large chunks
  • 40g oyster sauce
  • 5g black pepper
  • 5g cumin
  • 5g chili powder
  • Salt, frying oil

Way of making

  1. step1.

    Heat the frying oil to 170℃ and deep-fry the yellowtail and eggplant.

  2. step2.

    Mix the black pepper, cumin, and chili powder, and serve it with yellowtail and eggplant on a plate. Drizzle with oyster sauce.
