Pan-fried Sea Bream in butter and soy sauce

Enjoy the best combination of butter and soy sauce

Ingredients

Serves 2
  • 200g red sea bream, cut into 2 equal pieces
  • 2 tbs flour
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 20g butter
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • handful of parsley
  • salt, pepper

Way of making

  1. step1.

    Sprinkle the fillets with salt and pepper, and dust with flour.

  2. step2.

    Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the olive oil. Put the fillets with the skin side down and cook until the skin turns brown. Flip and cook the other side.

  3. step3.

    Take out the fillets on the plate. Add the butter to the same frying pan and cook until it smells good. Remove from the heat, add the soy sauce and parsley, and mix well. Serve this with the fillets.
