Crispy Red Sea Bream Spring Roll
For nutritious snacks for kids and adults

◇ Ingredients ◇
Serves 2
- 100g red sea bream fillet, skin off, cut into sticks
- 50g celery, thinly sliced
- 10g cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1/2 tbs Thai fish sauce
- 1/2 tbs cornstarch
- 3 spring roll wrapper
- flour, water, frying oil, lime wedges
◇ Way of making ◇
- step1.
Combine the red sea bream, celery, cilantro leaves, fish sauce and cornstarch.
- step2.
Cut the spring roll wrappers in half and place the fish and celery mixture. Brush the edges of the wrapper with the flour and water previously mixed, and roll. Pinch the both ends to seal.
- step3.
Heat the frying oil to 170℃, add the rolls and cook until golden brown. Transfer to paper towels to drain. Serve with lime wedges.
