Yellowtail Tartar

Traditional Japanese fishermen’s dish spiked in a spicy style

Ingredients

Serves 1
  • 70g, sashimi-grade yellowtail fillet, chopped
  • 10g soy sauce
  • A pinch of sugar
  • 5g green onion, finely chopped
  • 3g ginger, finely chopped
  • A pinch of chopped green chili

Way of making

  1. step1.

    Mix the green onion, ginger, green chili, soy sauce and sugar in a bowl and mix well.

  2. step2.

    Add the yellowtail and mix well to serve.
